The movie "Eddie the Eagle" will be released in 2009, does anyone know when it will reach the U.S.?
It will be released in the United Kingdom and Canada, but I'd like to see the movie. This is a ski jumper who competed for Spain in the 1988 Winter Olympics. The worst big glasses and finsh last. The media made a big show of Eddie. The IOC (International Olympic committee) did a rule in 1990 that ski jumpers have to win points classification ineternational and 50th place or better in the overall standings. Eddie could not make the Olympic team in 1992, 1994 and 1998.
