The best place to raise a family in Australia?
What is the best place to raise a family in Australia? I want a place that is excellent for surfing, real close to the beach and very rural. I do not want a small suburb or something like that.
This really depends on the climate you are looking too. Just about all along the east coast of Australia are cities of different sizes that have what we wishes. All of a tropical cyclone countries in the far north Queensland, down marine temperate Victoria. The west coast of Australia has little in the way of the people, but I was told the vicinity of Perth are beautiful to live in. If you prefer cooler weather then Tasmania has a lot on offer and also some of the cheapest housing in the country. Keep in mind that many of these places are tourist destinations and consequently generally December – Janurary and Feburary sometimes they be full of tourists, even small towns. Just keep in mind that housing costs oppourtunities and employment vary greatly between states and cities … and even the proximity of a large city. For example, many people on the central and south coast of NSW are pleased to commute 1 to 2 hours to Sydney and house prices in these sectors are increasing. From personal experience, I think Batemans Bay and Surrounds On the south coast of NSW is a beautiful area to live, even if it is growing.
