So you want the end result of your core training program for a six pack that can be displayed on the beach – and think again!
Depending of their sport, who will dictate slight variations in the exercises they do, the focus of its basic training program will be to provide greater stability their movements and / or add additional energy transfer from the lower body to upper body (or vice versa).
Let's see the sport tennis, the ultimate goal of my training programs for my players is to increase the speed of the racket head on all their shots (added power) and as having more stability and balance to help with shots that are hit very hard and / or hit away from them causing balance during shooting performance or after injection in terms of recovery.
But what does this have to do with a six pack?
NOTHING!
Just as any decent core training program has nothing to do with a set of abs, a six pack has nothing to do with the exercises you perform.
A six pack is all about reducing body fat around the abdominal area so it is really all about nutrition!
Although the package six are has become a desirable object No 1 for today's man and the number 1 word in all the fitness magazines and the media, the reality is that not an indication of core strength and stability not to mention any indicators of athletic performance!
The fact is you have to decide what you want – Is the good aspect of the look of the beach or holding the trophy final days om look, because the former is certainly nothing to do with the second!
Hang, I hear a lot about you saying that there are many athletes that have the desirable package of 6 global elite class, but it is above all to the good nutrition habits, realize that most of the high levels of body fat are detrimental to athletic performance.
If a good core conditioning program can help the musculature in this area, but the fact that you can see the muscles in this area has been reduced to low levels of body fat and that is good nutrition, and as their exercise programs.
