Help! I need help quickly, bleeding and swelling.?
That just hurt my foot leaned back a little and 3 toes feet have small abrasions on them and a hole in the nail of my big toe. Painting is unbearable and can not walk, but it hurts a little. I need to reduce inflammation, because I have work and I can not keep working because work is my house and walk participation. I also have to be able to enter a boot plastic – plastic bag wrapping in a towel – Ice: 20 minutes to 10 minutes (repeat three times) – Take Advil or Tyelonal, these are anti inflammatory and will help with swelling. – Cleaning Wounds w / peroxide – to heal the wounds – Keep feet up as much as possible, wrap the foot in a support (as an Ace bandage) Securing wounds are dressed properly. Change the dressing as needed during the day.
